1. Verification & Sourcing

Every factual assertion published by GenZwire must be supported by primary documentation, direct on-the-record testimony, verified datasets, or corroborated by at least two independent credible sources.

Anonymous sourcing is reserved exclusively for whistleblowers, dissidents, or individuals whose physical safety or livelihood would be jeopardized by public attribution. The identity of any anonymous source must be known to the primary reporter and verified by a senior editor before publication.

2. Artificial Intelligence Policy

GenZwire embraces computational tools for data analysis, transcription, and structural assistance, but upholds an uncompromising human-first editorial standard:

  • No Synthetic Journalism: We never publish articles generated by automated or synthetic language models. Every headline, sentence, and analysis is researched, reported, and written by human journalists.
  • Disclosed Synthetic Media: Any synthetic illustrative graphic, simulation, or AI-generated artifact published for educational context is explicitly labeled with prominent visual indicators.
  • Fact Checking AI Claims: We independently test and verify claims made by frontier AI systems against authoritative academic and empirical benchmarks.

3. Corrections & Transparency Policy

Credibility requires total transparency when errors occur. When a material factual error is identified:

  • We correct the error immediately within the body of the article.
  • We append an explicit, dated CORRECTION NOTE detailing the error, what was corrected, and the time the update was made.
  • Minor typographical or grammatical fixes that do not alter the factual meaning of a sentence may be corrected without a formal notice.

To report a factual error or request a review, readers can email corrections@genzwire.news.

4. Conflicts of Interest & Independence

GenZwire journalists do not accept gifts, free travel, financial consideration, or proprietary commercial perks from sources, corporate entities, or political organizations they cover.

All commercial sponsorships, brand partnerships, and advertising units are clearly designated and maintained behind an impenetrable firewall from our editorial desk.
